Application Made Easy:

Preparation of the Application Surface:

Remove impurities such as dust, grease, oil, tar, bitumen, and release agents.

Application Process:

Apply Fortax 6400 adhesive sealant with an 8mm thick bead on the fixed surface.
Adjust sealant thickness for uneven surfaces.
'Wet bonding'? Gently press down the air-tightness layer to maintain a 3-4 mm thick adhesive seal layer, following DIN 4108-7.
'Dry application'? Apply pressure after a short drying time for a robust bond to the airtightness layer.
