Click & Collect

Our Click and Collect service is free. Simply add items to your cart on brooksonline.ie, choose the Click and Collect option at checkout and complete your payment.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a Ready to Collect email once your items are prepared. Orders are usually ready within two hours during branch opening times unless stated otherwise.

If an item shows a collection time of several days, it means it is not currently in stock at the branch and will need to be ordered in. These times are estimates and may vary, but the branch will keep you updated.

Please bring your Ready to Collect email when collecting your order. This can be printed or shown on your smartphone or tablet. You will have seven days from the date of the Ready to Collect email to pick up your items.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Brooks before it is processed.

On the rare occasion that an item is not available we will contact you to discuss your order.

Goods can be collected during selected branch opening hours.
