Need to return an item?

Brooks is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 28 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.

Items must be returned unopened and in re-sale able condition.

Flooring can be returned within 28 days as long as the boxes are unopened. Please note there is a 20% restocking charge on returned packs of flooring.

We can not accept returns on bagged powders as we do not know the conditions they have been stored in & therefore we can not sell.

A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service.

Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please ensure that they are securely packaged.

We also offer a collection service  to which a collection charge may be applicable.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

Delivery Rates: Prices vary and are based on the content of material and location in the Republic of Ireland.

Please note any damages must be reported within 24 hours of recieving your order.
