Application Guidelines

1. Remove any window protective foil, and wipe the frame with a solvent to remove undesirable surface residues.
2. Measure the required length of tape.
3. Remove the adhesive liner and apply tape adhesive strip neatly to the window frame.
4. Ensure sufficient stress relief of the tape and identify where the other side of the tape will finish on the reveal.
5. Apply a 6mm bead of sealant (PHS Ottello Sealant) to the reveal.
6. Additional thickness may be required if the blockwork is especially rough.
7. For plastering over the tape, apply additional sealant to ensure no movement.
8. Gently press the tape against the sealant and allow it to cure.
