Storage and Shelf Life:

Sealocrete Linemarking Paint will keep for up to 24 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry area between +5°C to +25°C and out of direct sunlight. Frost? Not a problem, just protect it!

Application Temperature: +10°C to +30°C
Service Temperature: Your Sealocrete markings will hold up under various conditions.
Coverage: Each 750ml can covers between 60 to 80 meters of 50mm line, depending on the application weight.

Drying Times:

At 20°C, Sealocrete Linemarking Paint dries in just 30 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours. Traffic can resume confidently after the cure.

Cleaning Up:

White Spirit is your ally for cleaning up, ensuring a tidy workspace after your project is complete.

Directions for Use:

Before diving into your project, consult the relevant Health & Safety Data Sheet

Preparation:

Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, and free from contaminants.
Shake the can thoroughly for at least 1 minute.

Application:

Avoid overspray, especially in windy conditions.
Allow 24 hours of drying time before subjecting markings to traffic.

Cleaning:

Uncured product can be removed using cloths lightly dampened with white spirit.
Clear the valve after use by spraying in an upright position for 1 or 2 seconds.

Delivery

Delivery Nationwide T&C's

Brooks offer free delivery on online sales when you spend €250 or more

We deliver small parcels nationwide. For larger items which would have to ship on a truck, we have delivery zones, please enter your eircode to check if your area is covered.

If you are outside the delivery zones on our website, please contact sales@brooksgroup.ie for a price on delivery, please note we only delivery in the Republic of Ireland.

For orders less than €250 there is a delivery charge of €50 or for smaller items €12, which will be calculated within the checkout process.

Brooks offer a kerb side delivery service, we will drop your order to the nearest safe space, a crane cane be used with some trucks when safe to do so.

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. However, more specialty items or ordered-in items may take a little longer to dispatch.

Working days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.

We try to deliver all our orders using Brooks vehicles however some deliveries may be shipped using a courier or haulage company.

Returns

Brooks is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 28 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.

Items must be returned unopened and in re-sale able condition.

Flooring can be returned within 28 days as long as the boxes are unopened. Please note there is a 20% restocking charge on returned packs of flooring.

Doors can be returned within 28 days, doors for return must be unopened. Please note there is a 20% restocking charge on returned doors.

Velux can be returned if the box is unopened. Please note there is a 25% restocking charge on returned Velux.

15% restocking charge applies to all non-stocked items.

We can not accept returns on bagged powders as we do not know the conditions they have been stored in & therefore we can not sell.

A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service.

Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please ensure that they are securely packaged.

We also offer a collection service  to which a collection charge may be applicable.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
