Application Guidelines

1. Preparation: Ensure smooth, dry, and clean bonding surfaces. Smooth out jambs and reveals according to DIN 4108, part 7. Primer 6300 may be required for certain surfaces.

2. Application Surface Temperature: In low temperatures, ensure surfaces are free of frost and ice. Application surface may require priming.

3. Application of Tape:

   • Measure and cut PHS Fusion Variable Plus to length with at least 5cm to spare.
   • Peel the cover foil off the self-adhesive strip and press it to the back of the window frame.
   • Proceed on all sides of the window frame to be sealed.
   • Peel off the split protective foil on the full-surface self-adhesive layer as required and carefully press the tape onto the reveals substrate.
   • Ensure tape overlap in the corners.
   • Use a pressure roller for optimal initial adhesion.
