PermaBase Tape is an alkali-resistant fibreglass taped trowel bonding material designed to reinforce and fill the tapered recessed PermaBase Cement Board and gaps between each panel. For all joints, immediately embed the tape fully into applied bonding material and allow hardening. If the tape has one side covered with pressure-sensitive adhesive, it can be directly applied on the boards surface and then covered with the bonding material. PermaBase tape is easy to embed due to its large openings.
