Inlet and Outlet Connections: The inlet features 15mm plastic stub, compression, or push-fit fittings, while the outlet utilizes a ½” BSP Male connection for standard plumbing fittings.

Supply Conditions (Hot and Cold): This electric shower can operate at a minimum maintained pressure of 0.7 bar (7-meter head) for the 8.5kW and 9.5kW models, and 1.0 bar (10-meter head) for the 10.8kW model. It is suitable for use in environments with a maximum maintained pressure of 5.0 bar (50-meter head) and a maximum static pressure of 10.0 bar (100-meter head).

Performance: Expect temperature stability within ± 6°C for a consistent and safe shower experience.

Safety Features:

The unit does not have phased shutdown or factory-set safe max temp features.
Mira Sensi-flo™ technology is not included.

Delivery Nationwide T&C's

Brooks offer free delivery on online sales when you spend €250 or more

We deliver small parcels nationwide. For larger items which would have to ship on a truck, we have delivery zones, please enter your eircode to check if your area is covered.

If you are outside the delivery zones on our website, please contact [email protected] for a price on delivery, please note we only delivery in the Republic of Ireland.

For orders less than €250 there is a delivery charge of €50 or for smaller items €12, which will be calculated within the checkout process.

Brooks offer a kerb side delivery service, we will drop your order to the nearest safe space, a crane cane be used with some trucks when safe to do so.

The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days. However, more specialty items or ordered-in items may take a little longer to dispatch.

Working days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.

We try to deliver all our orders using Brooks vehicles however some deliveries may be shipped using a courier or haulage company.

Returns

Brooks is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 28 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.

Items must be returned unopened and in re-sale able condition.

Flooring can be returned within 28 days as long as the boxes are unopened. Please note there is a 20% restocking charge on returned packs of flooring.

Doors can be returned within 28 days, doors for return must be unopened. Please note there is a 20% restocking charge on returned doors.

Velux can be returned if the box is unopened. Please note there is a 25% restocking charge on returned Velux.

15% restocking charge applies to all non-stocked items.

We can not accept returns on bagged powders as we do not know the conditions they have been stored in & therefore we can not sell.

A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service.

Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please ensure that they are securely packaged.

We also offer a collection service  to which a collection charge may be applicable.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
