Heat Design Flexi Top Cap
This flexi top cap is fitted to the top of the chimney and is used to ensure rain or snow cannot gain access to the chimney while ensuring the exit of the flue gases is not impeded. All Heat Design flexi top caps are also fitted with an anti-bird mesh.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a “Ready to Collect” email to confirm your goods are ready for collection.

Please bring your “Ready to Collect” confirmation email, this can be printed or shown on a smartphone or tablet device.
You will have 7 days from the date of the “Ready to Collect” email to collect your goods.
On the rare occasion that an item is not available we will contact you to discuss your order.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact Brooks before your order is processed & we can cancel.
