Did you know that Easi-Load™ Radon DPC is an essential part of the Necoflex RAM™ - Radon, Air and Moisture Protection System? This system is designed to provide an effective barrier for radon, air and moisture entering a new building. The Easi-Load™ Radon DPC acts as the damp-proof course that prevents moisture from entering into the brickwork and increasing structural damage to the building. Installing this system correctly will ensure long-term protection against radon, air and moisture.
Installing Easi-Load™ Radon DPC is essential for protecting your home from radon gas and preventing moisture from entering into the brickwork and foundation. This three layered membrane is designed with a grained top and bottom surface to ensure optimal friction resistance between mortar, brick and the foundation, creating an effective barrier against radon gas and moisture. Installing this system correctly will help ensure long-term protection against these potentially damaging elements.
When youre undertaking a building project, the quality and durability of the materials you use is essential. Easi-Load™ Radon DPC is designed to last the lifetime of your construction, offering reliable protection against radon gas and moisture ingress when correctly installed and not damaged by subsequent building operations. Plus, its membranes are fully compatible with Icopal damp-proof courses, giving you peace of mind when it comes to your projects performance.
- Easi-Load™ Radon DPC has been designed using thermoplastic co-polymer technology to offer effective protection from radon, air and moisture ingress in masonry walls.
- This product is ideal for cavity wall construction and can be used at all floor/wall junctions.
- It offers high radon, air and moisture vapour resistance, high tear strength, will not extrude under load and provides excellent mortar adhesion.
- Rolls are 900mm x 20m in length and ends should be overlapped by 100mm and sealed using a single strip of Monobond RT 30mm tape.
- It has similar radon gas resistance properties to Necoseal, RMB350 and RMB 400.
- If selecting Monarflex RAC or Reflex Super for their superior gas resisting performance, it is recommended that Alumite Gas DPC is used instead of Easi-Load to ensure consistency.

Delivery Nationwide T&C's
Brooks offer free delivery on online sales when you spend €250 or more
We deliver small parcels nationwide. For larger items that require truck delivery, we operate delivery zones. Please enter your Eircode to check if your area is covered.
If you are outside the delivery zones listed on our website, email [email protected] for a delivery quote, please note we deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
Orders under €250 carry a delivery charge of €50, and smaller items have a €12 charge. These costs will be shown during the checkout process.
Brooks provide a kerb side delivery service. Your order will be placed in the nearest safe location, and some trucks can use a crane where it is safe to do so.
Most orders are dispatched within two to four working days. Specialty items or products ordered in may take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed from the next working day.
We aim to deliver using Brooks vehicles wherever possible, although some deliveries may be made by courier or haulage company.

Brooks is happy to refund or exchange any full priced item within 28 days of your order date, excluding delivery charges, in line with distance selling regulations.
All items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.
Product specific returns information
- Flooring can be returned within 28 days if the boxes are unopened. A 20 per cent restocking charge applies.
- Doors can be returned within 28 days if they are unopened. A 20 per cent restocking charge applies.
- Velux products can be returned if the box is unopened. A 25 per cent restocking charge applies.
- Non stocked items carry a 15 per cent restocking charge.
- Bagged powders cannot be returned as storage conditions cannot be verified.
A full refund or exchange can only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Items received after the allowed period will be returned to the original delivery address.
Returning your item
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied. In these cases, postage costs will be refunded up to the value of the original delivery charge.
Items should be returned using an insured and traceable service, and you should keep note of any tracking numbers. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit, so please ensure items are securely packaged.

Please allow up to ten working days after we receive the goods for your refund to be processed.
The return delivery address can be found on your delivery docket.
Delivery rates vary depending on product type and location within the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
