Click & Collect service is a FREE service. Simply add items to your cart on brooksonline.ie & select the Click & Collect option. Enter your payment details on our checkout page and place your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a “Ready to Collect” email to confirm your goods are ready for collection.

All orders should be ready for colleciton within 2 hours (during branch open times)

Please bring your “Ready to Collect” confirmation email, this can be printed or shown on a smartphone or tablet device.

You will have 7 days from the date of the “Ready to Collect” email to collect your goods.

On the rare occasion that an item is not available we will contact you to discuss your order.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact Brooks before your order is processed & we can cancel.
