Brooks offer free delivery on online sales when you spend €250 or more
We deliver small parcels nationwide. For larger items that require truck delivery, we operate delivery zones. Please enter your Eircode to check if your area is covered.
If you are outside the delivery zones listed on our website, email [email protected] for a delivery quote, please note we deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
Orders under €250 carry a delivery charge of €50, and smaller items have a €12 charge. These costs will be shown during the checkout process.
Brooks provide a kerb side delivery service. Your order will be placed in the nearest safe location, and some trucks can use a crane where it is safe to do so.
Most orders are dispatched within two to four working days. Specialty items or products ordered in may take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed from the next working day.
We aim to deliver using Brooks vehicles wherever possible, although some deliveries may be made by courier or haulage company.
Brooks is happy to refund or exchange any full priced item within 28 days of your order date, excluding delivery charges, in line with distance selling regulations.
All items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.
Product specific returns information
Flooring can be returned within 28 days if the boxes are unopened. A 20 per cent restocking charge applies.
Doors can be returned within 28 days if they are unopened. A 20 per cent restocking charge applies.
Velux products can be returned if the box is unopened. A 25 per cent restocking charge applies.
Non stocked items carry a 15 per cent restocking charge.
Bagged powders cannot be returned as storage conditions cannot be verified.
A full refund or exchange can only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Items received after the allowed period will be returned to the original delivery address.
Returning your item
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied. In these cases, postage costs will be refunded up to the value of the original delivery charge.
Items should be returned using an insured and traceable service, and you should keep note of any tracking numbers. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit, so please ensure items are securely packaged.

Please allow up to ten working days after we receive the goods for your refund to be processed.

Delivery rates vary depending on product type and location within the Republic of Ireland.
