Evo-Stik Technik TGS Grout is a polymer modified cementitious grout for wall and floor tiles on most substrates. It is colour fast and has very good water resistance and is suitable for grout coverings exposed to high mechanical stresses including in wet areas. It can be used for joint widths from 1mm to 12mm and it is also suitable for indoor & outdoor use.

Evo-Stik Technik TGS Grout will dry to a hard, durable, shrink resistant and water-resistant finish, suitable for internal and external locations and is particularly recommended for application in challenging areas such as on tiles applied over timber ply-boards, heated sub-floors and installations where some minor vibration can be expected.

Evo-Stik Technik TGS Grout is available in 7 colours, across a range which includes White, Cream, Ivory, Grey, Beige, Brown & Black all having the same super-smooth applications properties & long term durability even in the most challenging environments

Delivery

Delivery Nationwide T&C's

Brooks offer free delivery on online sales when you spend €250 or more

We deliver small parcels nationwide. For larger items that require truck delivery, we operate delivery zones. Please enter your Eircode to check if your area is covered.

If you are outside the delivery zones listed on our website, email [email protected] for a delivery quote, please note we deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.

Orders under €250 carry a delivery charge of €50, and smaller items have a €12 charge. These costs will be shown during the checkout process.

Brooks provide a kerb side delivery service. Your order will be placed in the nearest safe location, and some trucks can use a crane where it is safe to do so.

Most orders are dispatched within two to four working days. Specialty items or products ordered in may take a little longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed from the next working day.

We aim to deliver using Brooks vehicles wherever possible, although some deliveries may be made by courier or haulage company.

Returns

Brooks is happy to refund or exchange any full priced item within 28 days of your order date, excluding delivery charges, in line with distance selling regulations.

All items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition.

Product specific returns information

Flooring can be returned within 28 days if the boxes are unopened. A 20 per cent restocking charge applies.
Doors can be returned within 28 days if they are unopened. A 20 per cent restocking charge applies.
Velux products can be returned if the box is unopened. A 25 per cent restocking charge applies.
Non stocked items carry a 15 per cent restocking charge.
Bagged powders cannot be returned as storage conditions cannot be verified.

A full refund or exchange can only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Items received after the allowed period will be returned to the original delivery address.

Returning your item

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied. In these cases, postage costs will be refunded up to the value of the original delivery charge.

Items should be returned using an insured and traceable service, and you should keep note of any tracking numbers. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit, so please ensure items are securely packaged.

Please allow up to ten working days after we receive the goods for your refund to be processed.

The return delivery address can be found on your delivery docket.

Delivery rates vary depending on product type and location within the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
